This week we had the privilege of hosting a workshop at the Primary Care Nursing Expo (PCNE) in London’s Business Design Centre. PCNE offers a wide choice of CPD accredited interactive workshops and a vibrant exhibition in order to help primary care nurses update their knowledge and skills in line with the latest recommendations and developments in clinical practice. It covers key areas of clinical practice such as asthma, cardiovascular, contraception , dermatology, diabetes, immunisation and wound care.

Our Assistant Training & Congress Manager, Natalia Wieclaw, was joined by Adele Atkinson, Tissue Viability Expert and Associate Professor in Nursing, to co-present a workshop on empowering nurses and patients to manage and care for scarring. The workshop was well-attended and presented a forum for fellow delegates and industry representatives to exchange knowledge and ideas on the subject of scar management.
